Maestro McPherson tried something new today: Pilates with Bret Caslavka - Kinesiologist. Always good to explore new ways to keep the body as fit as the mind. We hope this can be a new habit! Charles did GREAT & plans on keeping this going--he has to be able to stay up with his young band! What do you do to keep strong, creative and sharp?

Still got it!

very very good my friends

I ride my bicycle, lift weights and play golf, no cart, I walk.

Pilates is great! It is one of the best ways to exercise IMHO. You go Charles!!!

🤩🙏🏼👊🏼 Getting back on my reformer too Mr McPherson. That's a really nice model right there!

Looking great. It helps to start a new exercise routine in good physical condition. As for me, I do some sort of aerobics at least four times a week (40 minute sessions), work with a personal trainer on strength twice a week, and walk a lot. I also watch my diet closely and don't drink alcohol.

Go Charles, good for you.

That’s wonderful. Good for Charles! 🙋🏻‍♂️🎶☮️

Best exercise ever! It is almost impossible to hurry yourself when done properly with an instructor. It was invented so sick people could rehab exercise in bed

yeah, go ahead work out!

We should all be imbued with this kind of energy. Just looking at the photos is exhausting.

Yes, Pilates is easy on the body w/a reformer ☺️

Awesome

You are so damn impressive dear Charles McPherson.

Just like any music, jazz incorporates many genres. Sax giant Walter Beasley loves Maestro McPherson and has been greatly influenced by Bebop. Have you checked Walter out? Different genre, but great music and playing. Charles remembers meeting Walter at 18 and recognized his brilliance. We love this friendship and support. Many blessings to you, Walter! Check him out! ... See MoreSee Less

Support - different genres of music, instruments, genders, ages, everything. Artists need to support each other. Thank you, Walter! Your support is much appreciated by all.

Walter Beasley successfully put it into words. Well done.
