The Cultural Association BJC-Bilbaina Jazz Club Kultur Elkartea was born in 1991 at the initiative of a group of enthusiastic fans who pretend to achieve the impossible: make Bilbao a stable place in the international jazz circuit, and cover an important gap in the dissemination of jazz : the contemporary scene.
