December 9th and 10th, directly following Charles’ engagement at the Jazz Standard (December 5th-8th), Charles McPherson records at the Van Gelder Studio where many of the greatest jazz albums of our time have been created.

Charles brings together a group of some of the finest jazz musicians on the scene today to record the “Master’s” highly acclaimed original music commissioned for San Diego Ballet. Charles has played many of these works all over the world, as well as live onstage with SDB. Listeners yearn to be able to take the music home. Look out for the release date in Spring 2020!
